GRAND LARCENY: Harlin Electric of Carlisle Pa. which rents space at 109 Heath St. reported sometime between Feb. 24 and Feb. 28 someone stole a bolt cutter off one of their trucks and cut the lock of a metal storage container.
[Authorities suspect foul play in the death of an unidentified woman found in Gray County 10-plus years ago but investigators have run out of leads. They hope identifying the woman will jump-start their case.
